we bought the printer, because it was dirt cheap for the size, but it actually prints really good!
We had a few things to upgrade before we could reliably print on it: added a BL Touch, switched the basic hot end to a micro swiss one and added an enclosure against the moisture and cold.
We never engaged the customer support and had many failed prints as we started out. Thats why we rated those values lower.

This machine is "plug and play". After, you can make a lot of "small" improvements. To increase the quality of printing.

An amazing large format printer. Only problem we faced as a lopsided gantry that was quickly and cheaply fixed with a z-sync kit.

Well worth it for its price!
