HelloBEEprusa is a sturdy printer, priced reasonably at time of release, and overall good enough to survive at least five years of moderate use in my garage. It has one or two technical design problems, which for example have made the usage of the 2nd extruder almost impossible for me (due to the difficulty in leveling both nozzles along the z-axis). Being a kit and running on Marlin firmware, it's a quite easy to repair printer, and you can upgrade the firmware/software yourself simply by configuring the newest version of the default Marlin source code. Regarding the print quality and reliability, it has powerful NEMA 17 steppers with 160 steps/mm (X and Y directions), but then again, print quality is also affected by factors other than the printer itself, such as slicing, filament quality, and machine calibration, as is reliability (a well-leveled bed and clean/quality filament make a big difference).
The community behind helloBEEprusa has been gradually lost with the closure of the official forum, and also because there are not so many people with this printer out there. However, the company's customer support is excellent, having always been fast and helpful when I had doubts or problems.
Overall, the helloBEEprusa doesn't have any "fancy" or advanced features (except the dual extruder), but is still an acceptable printer for standard 3D printing, delivering results within what can be expected for a desktop 3D printer.
