Don't forget that any kind of production has tolerance, so I ask you to apply the correct tolerance (0,2-0,3mm usually);
I inform you that the shipping date isn't adjustable from my settings, so it will not be precise, and I don't know the delivery date. However, it will not be too long: about 1-2days Italy, 2-4day Europe, 1week the World (or more, obviously, if we are in the usual critical time of the year or for any other external relevant event).
Had this printed a few months ago. At first glance everything looked fine. There where a few weirdly colored pieces on the back of some of the pieces but I assumed that it was just some tape. A few months later when I finally got around to putting things together I noticed that it wasn't just some tape but different colored plastic embedded into the print that could not be removed. I contacted the printer a few weeks ago about the few pieces that had these defects but I have not heard back from them. I know that I said oke to photo's and should have asked further and have contact them sooner but the should at least have noticed and have notified about these defects. And I find no response within 20 dags also rather disappointing
Response: Quality: The print quality was regular, and we took into consideration the customer's note. I ask everyone to indicate their specific necessities. I never knew that I had to provide a new plate for this order (or injection molding level that can't be provided), it can has an extra cost if not available, we can't travel in time.
communication: considering the missing information before or comment after, the poor communication was mainly on the customer side.
Speed: I ask to pay attention to the notes about time; the time indicated isn't idicated by me. I'm responsable for what I declare, not for what the website indicates. This is not a shop; we have to produce the new specific product we receive each time.
