Northern Command Manufacturing provides engineering-focused prototyping, additive manufacturing, and manufacturing support services for commercial and industrial clients.

Founded by a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and digital printing environments, Northern Command Manufacturing bridges the gap between design and production. Prior experience includes developing and operating a 3D printing workshop for tooling and mold production supporting foam injection molding, as well as professional experience supporting production workflows and manufacturing processes.

Services focus on functional prototyping, fixtures and tooling, design-for-manufacturability (DFM), and production-support solutions. Emphasis is placed on material selection, part performance, and practical manufacturability — not hobby-grade printing.

Supported materials include PLA, PLA-CF (carbon fiber reinforced PLA), PETG, ABS, and carbon-fiber-reinforced nylons. Projects range from one-off functional parts to small production runs, jigs, fixtures, and custom tooling.
