What I Offer Turnkey 3D Printing: Provide a ready-to-print STL (or share your model file), and I handle all slicing, machine setup, and quality control. I print on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (256 × 256 × 256 mm) to deliver robust, dimensionally accurate PLA parts—prototypes, tooling, cosplay props, or functional brackets—within 48 hours. STL Prep & Basic Repair: If your STL has small issues like non-manifold edges, flipped normals, or minor wall-thickness errors, I’ll fix them for you at no extra cost (up to 1 hour of repair work). For larger, heavily corrupted files or extensive re-modelling (beyond 1 hour), I’ll provide a separate repair quote or, if it’s not feasible, decline the job. All included STL prep ensures your part prints correctly the first time. Precision & Fit: I hold tight tolerances (±0 / +0.2 mm) using LiDAR bed-levelling and regular flow calibration.  Post-Processing & Finishing: Basic sanding and cleanup are included.  Rapid Turnaround: • Standard PLA Jobs (parts ≤ 200 g, simple geometry): dispatch in 24–48 hours. • Complex Prints (large, multi-piece assemblies or high infill): dispatch in 48–72 hours. • Transparent Communication: I’ll confirm when your job enters the print queue and let you know as soon as it’s finished. Once shipped, I’ll share the tracking number so you can follow delivery. No radio silence—just clear updates at every key step. Approval & Order Placement • Once you accept the Treatstock quote and complete payment, your job moves into my queue. Treatstock holds funds in escrow, so I know you’re committed. Print & Quality Check • I print on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (256 × 256 × 256 mm) using your approved settings. • Every part receives a final inspection—supports removed, layers smoothed, and any requested light sanding finish are applied. Ship & Deliver • I pack your part in a padded satchel and generate the AusPost or Sendle label. Tracking is uploaded to Treatstock the moment the parcel leaves my bench. • Standard domestic shipping is A$10 for parcels up to 500 g. If your order ends up heavier or if you request expedited delivery, Treatstock will prompt us to adjust at checkout. Receive Your Part • Expect delivery 1–2 business days within metro Australia (2–5 days for regional areas). Once the order is marked “Received,” Treatstock releases payment to me, and you’re all set. If anything isn’t right, I’ll reprint or issue a refund under my Zero-Defect Promise.
