All parts are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. Orders are produced on demand and shipped after quality inspection. Standard shipping is used unless otherwise agreed. Lead times depend on part complexity, material, and order volume. Customers will be informed about estimated production and shipping times after order confirmation.
Each printed part is visually inspected after production to ensure surface quality and correct geometry. Dimensional accuracy is checked based on the provided model and specifications. Minor post-processing such as removal of support structures is performed when required. Parts that do not meet basic quality standards are reprinted before shipment. Any special tolerances or requirements must be specified by the customer before production.
Standard materials for regular production include PLA and PETG. Additional materials may be offered upon request. Please note that non-standard materials may require longer lead times depending on availability and printing requirements.
