Catalyst R&D is an applied R&D and digital fabrication shop in Comanche, TX, serving aerospace, oil & gas, and advanced manufacturing clients. We turn customer CAD files, sketches, or plain-language descriptions into functional parts, fast. In-house capabilities include FDM 3D printing (PETG, PLA, ASA, TPU 95A) with structural and printability analysis before first print, plus 60W CO2 laser cutting and engraving. Glass-fiber reinforced composite available for stiff, dimensionally stable parts. Welding and metal fabrication available through an established fabrication partner. Specialties: rapid prototyping, custom jigs and fixtures, obsolete and one-off parts, small-run production, and physics-driven generative part design at small-shop pricing. Same-day design turnaround available.

Two service levels match cost to need: Standard for prototypes and visual parts, and Verified for functional parts with a full inspection record. Every load-bearing part ships with its analysis.
