BrokenITguy CustomWorks specializes in functional engineering parts, precision prototypes, and high-detail multi-material prints. We currently stock and print in PLA, PLA Matte, PLA Silk+, PLA Glow, PLA Marble, PETG, PETG Translucent, ABS, and TPU.

Specialty engineering materials (Nylon, PC, and carbon-fiber composites such as PLA-CF, PETG-CF, Nylon-CF, and PAHT-CF) are available on request for project-quoted work. Because there is no local filament supplier in Knoxville, special-order materials add 2 to 10 business days to lead time depending on the spool. This is quoted upfront, not after.

Manufacturing platform: the Bambu Lab H2C — a professional-grade system reaching 350°C nozzle and 65°C active heated chamber, with contactless induction hotend changing and dimensional accuracy held to ±0.2 mm. Multi-material capacity across 13 simultaneous slots (3× AMS 2 Pro plus AMS HT), with up to 7 materials purge-free per run for clean multi-color work.

What we print: brackets, enclosures, mounting plates, jigs and fixtures, tooling, alignment guides, QC gauges, replacement and reverse-engineered parts, tabletop gaming miniatures and terrain (batch orders), cosplay and prop components, custom and devotional pieces, memorial pieces.

Standard turnaround on in-stock materials: 2 to 7 days. Most standard parts ship in 2 to 3 days.
