The models were repaired and checked for printability.
This is a real "niche" piece. It is an original design 28mm model of the
...Zeig mehr Airborne Landing Beacon used by pathfinder units in WW2 to help direct in subsequent waves of paratroopers and gliders.
It is specifically mentioned in Scenario 7 "First In!" of the Bolt Action "Market Garden" book, and as I had previously never even heard of it, I checked into it and made this file.
It is a simple print, and when done, I just added a short piece of wire (the is a 1mm trough in the tripod) for the antenna.
The pic is of its use in the game.
Again, something pretty obscure but can be a nice touch in the right scenario.
