5% is enough, feel free to increase it.
Notes:
Small pieces has been printed in 0.08 res, but 0.1 will do it well.
Finger Puppets can be printed in flexible plastic such as FilaFlex to give it a better texture and to fit the finger better.
You can polish the figures to eliminate some printing effects, so you can use a cutter as well for small bumps.
You can paint it as well to give it more realistic effect.
