This plane is difficult to build setup and fly. So I only recommend this for experienced/advanced radio control modellers. You will need experience with basic radio control equipment, 3D printing, flight controllers, PID tuning, Arduino programming and soldering. You must also be capable of flying a model helicopter or drone in acro/rate mode (no auto levelling), as well as a fixed wing plane.
The Arduino code can be downloaded from here:

Required hardware:
1pc Carbon tube Dia: 8mm Length: 1000mm
1pc Carbon tube Dia: 8mm Length: 500mm
2pcs 80x4mm rod/tube (to secure rubber bands for attaching wing)
2pcs Rubber bands (150x6mm)
10pcs M3x16 bolts (mounting motors and tail section)
2pcs M3x10 bolts (tilt spar clevis and bushing mount)
Other materials:
5mm foam board/depron foam
glue (I used foam safe CA)
1mm piano wire (pushrods)
Packing tape (covering foam surfaces)
14Awg silicone wire (power supply to ESCs)
Electronics required:
1pc Receiver 9ch (capable of outputting sbus and PWM simultaneously)
1pc Flight controller (https://goo.gl/7mpTVA)*
1pc Arduino Leonardo Pro Micro (https://goo.gl/Gusg32)*
1pc TGY-390DMH for tilt servo (https://goo.gl/L9h6fN)*
3pcs Corona 929MG Servos for ailerons and elevator (https://goo.gl/rvtfqq)*
2pcs T-motor F80 1900kv (https://goo.gl/5Fa28h)*
2pcs T-motor ESCs (https://goo.gl/kpxRTJ)*
2pcs 7x3.5x3 Propellers (https://goo.gl/ehKmhq)
1pc 5v BEC (https://goo.gl/ZsngEC)*
1pc Capacitor 1000uF (smoothing the 5v supply to arduino)

The rest of the parts can be printed with following settings:
Material: I used PLA
Infill: 30%
Outer walls: 2
Top/bottom layers: 3
The remaining setting are flexible to your preferred options.
