Attempted to print this for my best friend and the outer ring was detaching from the rest of the medal. I added a 1mm thick backing to resolve the issue. Everything
...Zeig mehr is printed at 300 micron and 0.75 mm extrusion with a 0.6 mm nozzle using PETG.
The original medal is around 2.13 inch diameter and I couldn't get much detail out of the print using my fairly low detail printer. At 3 inch the face started to resolve and 4 inch it looks great. If you were printing at 200 micron I think the 3 inch would fully resolve and 100 micron for the 2.13 inch medal.
I'll post some pictures after he gets done sanding and painting his medals.
