The Bilge pump thruster is a great way to mount a bilge pump to an 1/2"PVC frame. The quill mounting system will fit into a fitting or into the 1/2" tube.

Now included are the scad files. Mount is parametic, so feel free to edit for you needs.
The two and three blade propellers available on thingiverse. These fit with around 2mm of clearance between the cowling and propeller.
