This is a trophy for the theater based on the Tony Award. The medallion at the top has the comedy and tragedy masks.

The inscription on the base says
"In grateful recognition
of his / her outstanding
contribution to the arts"
There are also bases without the inscription so you can make your own if you want.
I also inscribed the teachers name and the year on the back of the medallion i printed, but left it off this model for obvious reasons.
