It was quite quick and efficient. I was asked if any changes needed before manufacturing. A preview of the part was shared with me before dispatching and overall I’m happy with the part fitting well with my robot :-)

I am one hundred percent satisfied with this order! The detail is perfect, the finish is beautiful. Communication was always very friendly and quick. And the order was shipped lightning fast! There was a slight problem with one of the pieces and it was fixed immediately. I will definitely be working with Cross Advertising again, they went above and beyond on this order. Everything as ordered, great communication! One model I sent wasn't oriented right and he fixed that (asked first) I made the order over the holidays so it took a little longer but he communicated clearly about the schedule.

Excellent job! My only complaint is with the Post Office; it took a week longer than it should have to get from Long Island to SE CT. But the quality of the work is superb. I will use this service again.

This was my first ever 3d print and the result was exactly what I would hope for. This will make a wonderful statue of Hulk for my tabletop game.
