The quality of the prints are fine but the packaging left a lot to be desired and had me nervous about what the prints would look like when I opened the box. I've ordered from a few other buisnesses in the past and every time they've been packaged with care, wrapped in some combo of cardboard, bubble wrap tissue paper & packing tape. These were tossed into a box, unsecured. The box getting battered in the mail wasn't their fault at all, but it would've been very easy for a piece or two to slip out of the half-open box with the way they were initially packaged. I'm surprised all the pieces made it to their destination.

Print quality consistent and excellant!

Great service, great communication, fast and I'm very happy with my laser cut lid for my 3D printed enclosure - great price too. This is the first thing I've ever had laser cut but if I need more I'll be coming back.
