Quality very good. This was a thin, flat item and was sent in a flat padded envelope which, only thanks to my quick intervention, was not folded in half by the postie to fit in the letterbox opening!

overall this was a good experience. The quality only got 3 stars since one tab used to connect the face of the tv to the box was broken on arrival and there are some imperfections in places with critical dimensions, but nothing that can't be fixed with a blade & some super glue
