Supplier was extremely responsive. Great communication and timely delivery. Also really appreciate for the supplier's lenience to help me with last minute color swap request. My first time ordering 3D print and had picked PETG material for semi heat resistance. Not sure if it is a typical print job service level or due to the material I had picked, I had to pluck out some junk extras and smooth out some rough/pointy surface/edges myself. Giving the Quality a 4 star due to this. Overall specs of the print delivered works for my need.
