Very courteous and detail oriented as the provider let me know if an issue with my file prior to printing.

Fixed my broken Silhouette Cameo 5 with these parts! The maker even sent extra. They fit perfectly. I did have to sand a little for them to fit just right, but with 3D printed plastic that's common. Such a good deal on these parts, too! Now I have extras just in case the break ever happens again, but these parts are so much stronger than the manufacturer parts that broke on me, I have a lot of faith in them.

Quality is good, but some parts had adhesion issues, others had some rough surface. Shipping and manufacturing was slow
