Service and communication was fantastic all throughout. They were able to make time to create my pieces despite the rush of SXSW. Thank you for being able to get these to me on time before my deadline! The quality of everything looks perfect, and everything was shipped and packaged perfectly and thoughtfully so that nothing was damaged upon arrival.

Part was printed as expected, but sat for a week between production and mailing, missing expected delivery date by a day. I did send a message about shipping, but there was no personalized reply. First time using this service, it's fine.
