I printfile was flawed and made the part worthless. This was NOT the manufacturer's fault. Jason did the best he could however I wish he'd notified me before shipping. He would likely made more money to since I would have told him to not ship. I'd use him again.

This job had an urgent deadline, and GRM3D delivered on time. The parts he made were of excellent quality, and GRM3D checked in with me to confirm my color and material selections before starting the job. GRM3D is a pro, and I would use him again without reservation, and I recommend others use him, too.

One of the parts appeared to be scuffed up on the bottom, which still fits in the locking knob. I guess that’s why I received another latch in better shape. Thank you for doing this, now I can use the tool box again instead of tossing it.

Models were excellent and the printer went to extraordinary lengths to make sure my hard-to-pring files came out ok. Some delays caused by California wildfires and blackouts were explained and frankly unavoidable I definitely recommend this printer!

Great first time experience in 3D printing

It was great to be able to have an item I wanted printed on demand. The product was exactly what I expected. I am aware of the limitations of the 3D printing process, but even so, there were a few irregularities -- nothing that affected usage in any way. I'm really happy with what I got for the price.
