Great communicator and delivered quickly. I have 2 very minor gripes, but they are VERY MINOR... the shipping box had bubble wrap but the various pieces were all in a pile in the middle (no damage in shipping, just what's the point of bubble wrap if they are all in a jumble), also... one of the items had metallic grey coloring on the bottom (transferred from printing surface I'm guessing, purely cosmetic). Other than these very minor grumbles, I am very happy with how these turned out and would order from here again.
