Great experience. Will use again

If this seller is the norm for 3D printing, we're in good hands. This was my first experience with it, and I must say - from the initial communication to the finished product - this was an incredible experience!

Looks great. Accuracy in the smaller hexagons lost a little definition but it still is pretty detailed for .2, so I am more than happy to take a file to those. Clean up was easy peasy, just sanded with some 240 wet, and then I'm priming and painting it. I shoulda put an extra couple layers at the top and bottom but that's on me lol I am ordering more from KC Metro Tech for sure as he is local and was very helpful by message. He also does local pickup in "Kansas City" (Liberty).

Super easy to work with, great communication and overall very pleasant to deal with. This was my first attempt at anything 3D printer related and the product came out in a higher quality than I anticipated. Thank you for such a wonderful product!!

Communication was great. Seemed like there were some issues with printing, they were nice enough to also send the failures along with the working ones. However it did look like one failed twice and was left at that. Other than that, wasn't much of any issues.
