Apparently, first print quality was not enough for the supplier (it was good for me! :) ) so he sent it along with a second one, better polished. That was great, thank you!
Ordered an button plate for my sim racing wheel with no special requirements - I was asked if I have any requirements before the print was started; when it was finished I got a picture if I would agree to ship it.
While having problems with DHL I was offered a second print if I need the printed part in a hurry.
5 star rating - for communication and customer service I would like to add a sixth one :-)
Exactly what I ordered and top notch quality which is something to expect with this printer. You don’t get any funky pieces that you wonder what happened. Maybe there is bound to be some flaws like any human may do, I’ve yet to find anything.
