I was rejected at least three times before 3D Printing Haven took my order. This is a very delicated piece with a lot of hollow parts, and also very small (20cm long).
Tizian is very understanding to my frustration and he printed this flawlessly.
Also he took great care to the packaging and nothing was broken at all.

The layers separated during shipping, possibly due to low layer adhesion (ABS). It's more likely due to someone dropping a heavy object on the parcel though.
Took just over a week to complete the order so pretty speedy. The item allows me to grind coffee directly into the portafilter, which is great. It's slightly less sturdy than I was expecting but performs its function perfectly.
