The prints arrived in good shape and they look great as well

Supplier delivered excellent value on a first run of 100 prints. The printers are well-calibrated and the prints were overall good quality and consistent. There were some defects; this was a somewhat difficult design to print, and I didn't know in advance what kinds of defects to expect. But I think if I communicate more specific criteria next time, those can be eliminated.

Mistake in automated quote, order ended up being more than twice the original quote. Other than that service was good quality
