We have created this test order for you so you can better familiarize yourself with how the order process will actually work with your machines. You will also receive a positive review of your manufacturing service, which can help kick-start real orders.
If you are publishing a machine for Instant Quotes for the first time, you will need to start the test order and certification process for that machine. Complete the test order and upload the required results. If your manufacturing service meets Treatstock's quality standards, you will receive the Certified badge. If not, you will still get access to Instant Quotes, but without the Certified badge.
Test orders cannot be canceled by the manufacturer. Test orders are generated randomly, so the color and material specifications are flexible — feel free to use a different material or color if you wish, but it’s important to let us know so we can change the specifications for the order in our system.
To request a test order, visit your Services and press the Request a Test Order button near your machine. To start the certification process, press the Get Certified link.
