All the items were undersized, probably too much shrinkage. I spent an hour sanding internal diameters to specs.

The part was as expected and the printer did a great job fulfilling the request. If I am being picky, I would like the turnaround time to be quicker.

For the price I paid and not asking to rush the job I expected much better quality, I would not use this vendor again. I give this vendor a 1 star out of 5

Response: Hi Rich, We are very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the print. We want to let you know that we won't ship out any part to our clients who are unhappy with and not manually approved by Treatstock Moderator. We have no problem with reprinting the part if that makes it better. However, it is normal for some 3D models and materials to have a rough surface. Your model is one of those. We set the temperature higher and extruded more plastic than other models. That made the exterior look rough. However, the print is solid compared to other prints and more suitable for practical use. Please let us know if you would like to reprint this for a better surface finish with some sacrifice on the strength. Again, we have no problem reprinting this if that makes our client happy.  Bruce
