Exceptional. The folks at High Desert Designs took the time to answer questions, provide feedback and help me along even though mine was a small-dollar order for them. Delivery and turnaround time was also very short. It's absolutely the kind of customer service that will have me happy to go to them again and again for any printing needs I might have.
