We previously wrote about Zoetropes and spinners; now those two incredible ideas are united into one. This toy was created by designer Jonathan Odom, he made it using Autodesk Fusion 360 and it is not to difficult to duplicate. Zoetrope Fidget Spinners are consist of 2 wheels, 2 bearings, 2 caps for fingers, and a drum with slits in it fitted together.

The driving force of these spinners is the moving drum that creates the illusion of the moving figure. The idea behind the animated cat belongs to Eadweard Muybridge, a famous photographer living in the XIX century.

All detail apart of Ball Bearings are 3D printed. The author made detailed instruction and attached a simpler version of his creation. So you could do it yourself if you have the 3D printer or order it at Treatstock 3D printing network.  Images by: https://visualhunt.com/, www.instructables.com
